The Lyon Real Estate El Dorado Hills office hosted its 14thannual Toys for Tots event and Holiday Open House on December 8th. Manager Brian Frazier as well as agents and staff were happy to welcome friends and family to enjoy an evening of fun for the whole family, including Christmas music, crafts, food and even a visit from Santa. Anna Marty told ZOOM staff that the evening was a great success and that it was a pleasure helping the Toys for Tots program collect much needed gifts. Chris Landry, one of the coordinators of the Western El Dorado County Toys for Tots effort reported that last year’s toy drive raised 11,330 toys to be delivered to over 3,000 children. Landry expressed great thanks to the Placerville Marine Corps League, a fraternal group of retired marines, who put so much effort into the Toys for Tots campaign including collection and distribution of toys. Lyon Real Estate, Landry said, is one of 40 different locations to participate in the toy drive, which ended on December 18th, at a holiday celebration in Town Center .
