Placer County Association of REALTORS (PCAR) Foundation Scholarship Presentation
Last week, the Placer County Association of REALTORS (PCAR) Foundation presented local Whitney High School student, Austin Dollar, with a scholarship to be used for his future college endeavors. As one of six local students receiving this year’s PCAR Foundation college scholarship, Austin was honored with the $1000.00 award based on his exceptional academic record, commitment to the community and extracurricular activities.
The PCAR Foundation, Inc. was created in 2011 for the specific purpose of providing underprivileged and disadvantaged students with needed assistance in obtaining vocational, college, or university education, to provide charitable support to the poor, and to conduct any and all lawful activities that may be useful in accomplishing the foregoing purpose. The PCAR foundation is a public benefit corporation with a 501 (c)(3). EIN#45-1267196
